SARA stands for SRT Automated Response Assistant. "She" is a Cognitive and Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) bot that allows you to open and manage SRTs.

SARA assists on SRT calls reducing time and effort spent on manual tasks like tracking attendance and updating the notes on the SRT Service Now incident. SARA also provides flexibility to pull resources quickly on an active SRT and uses a survival bias algorithm to recognize cardinal resources.

SARA can be accessed from Microsoft Teams Application on Windows, IOS, and Android devices.
